Message	Remember...your purpose (in front of the judge) is prove your innocent, not to ridicule the officer. Your witness is NOT there to provide opinion, but facts...even though his statement re:"30 seconds through the intersection" will in essence be his opinion. Judges only listen to (have time for) facts...not opinions. Most judges don't like math...extends the court appearance which delays his trip to the golf course. It's ALL gonna depend on the MOOD of the judge. If Occifer Friendly clocked you on radar....parties over. Do not pass GO, do not collect $200.00! I see your point though...it wasn't too long ago when I was pulled over for no other reason than that I was driving a sports car. A witness (resident accross the street who heard the whole thing) assisted me in the successful award which paid for a nice set of wheels for my "sports car". Sweeeet justice!
